Who we are

We are a direct access clinic, no prescription needed the first 45 days. (Medicare patients will need a referral) We are a cash based office that offers a flat fee for services, no deductibles, no co-payment, no insurance approval needed, no surprise bills and no wasted time starting physical therapy. 

We are an out of network provider for all insurances 

We are currently approved to see Medicare patients.

Our goal at West Sonoma County Physical Therapy is to restore your mobility, keep you moving and make sure your rehabilitation is effective, efficient and stress-free. 

You will receive high quality, one on one private care, with no other patients present.
